I am an integrative counsellor specialising in Internal Family Systems a transformative evidence based tool helping you heal trauma and make healthy relationships. I believe that "how we relate in the inner world will be how we relate in the outer." IFS is very effective in areas such as trauma recovery, addiction, and depression.

I approach sessions using an IFS whole body approach, which means I believe we can to do more than talk about what happened for you to feel relief. I will work to help you feel safe and feel more in control of overwhelming feelings, because "Pain isn't just the wound itself, it's the loneliness around the wound". We will work with your emotional responses and the sensations in your body using a combination of somatic, IFS Techniques, psychoeducation and ultimately a feeling of safety while working together.
